Three Plaque Options:

Individual Plaque

Honors a veteran on one of three plaque sizes distinctly designed for each veteran.

• Honors an individual veteran

• Name and photo of veteran

• Rank or rating and branch of service

• War or campaign, such as WWII, Vietnam, Southwest Asia

• Medals and ribbons

• Key tribute to veteran - service statement up to 25 words that 'tells the story' of military service

• Family appreciation statement up to six words

• Military patches and one non-military symbol, such as a religious symbol, veterans' or other organization

• If both a husband and wife served during a war, conflict, or crisis, then both veterans may appear on the same plaque

Group War Plaque

Honors the veterans who served together.

• Honors a ship, aircraft, regiment, regiment or unit

• Same pricing as individual recognition plaques

Multi-Name Veterans Plaque

Honors the individual veterans who served together.

• Honors an individual, group or family of eligible veterans

• A plaque may be shared with 7 eligible veterans from different, random donors (Referred to a Mixed Family), at which time the plaque will be engraved and installed (see note, below)

• An entire plaque may be purchased and devoted to one group or family of 2 to 7 veterans (production time is same as any other plaque)

• Multi-Name plaque contains name, rank, service and the war, conflict or crises.

• Flag logo per plaque may be added as space permits.

• Each veteran on the plaque includes:
  Name
  Rank or rating
  Branch of service
  War or campaign, such as WWII, Vietnam, Southwest Asia

Multi-Name Veterans Plaque

Glossy Proofs

Glossy proofs are a photo quality 1:1 reproduction of the veterans dedicated plaque that can be matted and framed. If framed by the Mt Soledad Memorial Association, the blue matte is embossed with "Mt. Soledad Veterans Memorial" at the top and "La Jolla, California" at the bottom. The frame is black and comes with non-reflecting glass.
